Pranathi Giridhar

Pranathi Giridhar, 2nd standard from PPS (born November 17, 2014) is a budding wushu player from Mysuru, Karnataka. She plays in Sub-Junior category of the game. She is the current wushu state champion in Sub-Junior category [Below 21 Kg]. She has won GOLD 3 times consecutively at the state level. She is also two times bronze medallist at the nationals. She holds the record of being youngest medallist at the national level. While the average age of players in the sub junior category who get into the nationals is 10 to 12 years, pranathi holds a medal at the age of 7. That depicts her unreal spirit dedication and love towards the game. She has also served as resource person and trained the children with special needs and caregivers for Wushu in the summer camp 2022 held at All India Institute of Speech and Hearing,[AIISH],Mysuru. That's another feather to her cap.
